A disclaimer is required on each email that is deployed or mailer. Plan Bee Direct will include the following disclaimer and opt-out statement in the footer of each email.   • File formats accepted for approval: pdf, html, doc, docx.
  • Final copies must be in .html or .htm format if images are present.  Please inquire for email design services here.
  • All approvals take up to one week. You will be contacted once your email/mailer has been reviewed.
  • This step is encouraged if you have your content before your cutoff date.
