If you request personalization, your message must t include a clear space for it (for example, “Dear [First Name]” or a name in the subject line). Mark exactly where the personalization should appear in your message or subject line.

All messages with images, special characters and/or hyperlinks should be in .html format. Please inquire for rates if you would like to have your message converted in response HTML format.
